JULIE INNES VETS, HAMILTON

Our practice opened in May 2011. I wanted to be able to provide quality veterinary care at a realistic price. Hamilton is my home town, so it felt right to set up here among people I knew.

 

Our mission statement says that we will tailor our veterinary care to your individual needs. We feel this is important because all our patients and clients are different, and we need to understand what works for each individual case. We believe that by listening to you about your pet, we will be able to choose a treatment regime accordingly, rather than automatically turning to the textbook option. By building a relationship between vet, nurse, patient and client, we will be able to find a way forward that is appropriate for your individual case.

 

Consultations are by appointment, as this allows us to spend time with each client, pre-read your pet’s notes and saves you from having to wait too long. Any emergencies will, of course, be prioritised, and we promise a same-day appointment for all urgent cases.

 

 

As we know you want the best for your pet, we have lots of facilities within the practice, including X-ray and ultrasound our own internal laboratory for blood tests, urine samples etc and a modern, well-equipped operating theatre. We also provide comfortable, hygienic kennelling for our in-patients.

 

Our staff are friendly and empathetic. You will be treated with courtesy and care.
